Drop-off and Pick-up Services Made Easy

With our supervised exchange services, we oversee the transfer of a child from the custodial parent to the non-custodial parent for a scheduled and agreed-upon visitation. This is completed at the start of the parent-child contact to limit or avoid any conflict between parents. For example, if a non-custodial parent has a scheduled visitation with their child at a local water park, we would meet with the custodial parent first to collect the child and then bring the child to the non-custodial parent.

The supervision provided by our court-appointed monitor is usually limited to the exchanges themselves, with the remainder of the non-custodial parent-child contact being considered unsupervised unless otherwise indicated in the court documents.

Supervised exchange services take place in a conflict-free setting, allowing the safe transfer of children from one parent another when parents can't have contact with one another. These services may also be referred to as exchange monitoring, supervised transfer, monitored exchange, safe exchange, and neutral drop-off/pick-up. The benefits of exchange services include:

  • Avoiding contact or interaction between parents when there is conflict
  • Keeping children from being placed in a negative atmosphere
  • Unstressed visits with the non-custodial parent (water parks, bounce houses, at home, restaurants, etc.)
